"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"Apartment is new and very well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms - one has a western bed and the other has futons. Bedrooms are small and doesn’t have cupboards or other furnishings. "Take a local bus and you are about 10 minutes or so from the lodgings. Can also schedule a pickup and drop off ahead of time, but it only happens at certain intervals. The living room space does get cold in the evening and nights for fall and winter. The food provided for cooking were good cuts of meat and nicely prepared for you to grill and cook. "We enjoyed staying this property with amazing view of Mt Fuji. The owner & all the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The property facilities is a bit old but very clean. We stayed on the top floor level 4 with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji. You can enjoy the view in the enclosed terrace area. Only downside no lifts so you are expecting to climb a lot of stairs if you are staying on the 4th floor. Staff will bring the luggage to your room. I could definitely return to stay in this property...
