夕食のビュッフェ、時間制限が60分でした。子連れだと、子どもに食べさせて、自分も食べるには時間が短く、ゆっくりと食事できませんでした。朝食の45分も短すぎました。お料理はとても美味しく品数も豊富だっただけに、とても残念でした。 大浴場は清潔で広くて良かったのですが、お湯が大人でも熱すぎました。また露天は暗くて石に躓きました。 他にもいろいろ改善してほしい点があり、もう利用することはないと思います。

到着して、荷物を運ぶ為にカートを探したが無いのでスタッフに聞いたら全部使われています。で終わり…何の対応もない。 除雪されておらず、駐車スペースが無い。他の方も駐車出来るスペースを探し回ってウロウロしていた。ホテルのスコップで自分で駐車スペースを除雪していた宿泊者の方も居ました。 スタッフに駐車する所が無いので、どうすれば良いですか？と言ったら… どうすれば良いのだろう？との解答。 あなたホテルのスタッフですよね…… 朝から、館内放送で車の移動をお願いする放送が何回も。ゆっくり寝ているのに。うるさくて。眠れなかった… チェックインの時に、車のナンバーと車種を聞いておけば済むのでは？ 星野リゾートとか、そうしているけど… ダイワホテルの時から利用しているけど、メルキュールに変わってから、食事が不味すぎる。 部屋のティッシュが補充されていない。ティッシュボックスもホコリが付いていた。 不潔でした。 オールインクルーシブなので、お酒を飲む人には良いかも…お酒を飲まない人には何もメリットは有りません。 良い点はグランデコのスキー場に近い。

２連泊したが夕食朝食ともにほぼメニューは一緒だった ラウンジの食べ物コーナーが荒れがちでバータイムには氷がなくなってそのままだった ウイスキーとかジンがあっても氷がないんじゃ厳しいと思う　たまにスタッフが回って補充すべき クラッシクツインに泊まったが広いと感じました 客室は総じて古い感じだが不快になるほどではなかった お風呂は雪見風呂で良かった

赤べこの色付け体験をやろうと思い、スタッフに声をかけたら在庫がないと言われた。子供が大変残念な思いになり、泣いて機嫌が悪くなってしまった...30分もしないうちにもう一度スタッフに声をかけてみたら、全然ありますよと一言...在庫管理がきちんとできていないのかわかりませんが、せっかくの家族でのスキー旅行だったので、大変憤りを感じました。
