"The room was on the top floor overlooking the lake but the trees blocked most of the view. The size of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been good to have smaller pillows available in the room. I ended up rolling up a towel to make a smaller pillow. Meals were included in the stay and there was plenty of variety. Only real bummer is that I think I left my Prescription Progressive Glasses in the room and can't get anyone to pick up the phones & check!"

"小さい子供連れでの1泊でした。チェックインの時間15:00に着いたのですが部屋の清掃がすんでいなくて1時間ほど待たされました。ラウンジがあってウェルカムドリンクが提供されていましたが1時間の待ち時間は少し長すぎると思いました。お風呂は綺麗で快適、朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しかったです。少し奥まったところにあるので館内にコンビニか軽食を買えるところがあると良いと思いました。近くに食べ物を買うところもなくひとり七千円のビュッフェの夕食しかなくて少し困りました。結局は国道を歩いてイタリアンレストランに行きピザをテイクアウトしました。次はきっと泊まらないと思います。"
