I always get greeted well and the staff are so nice. The rooms are nice and the facilities are nice to be in that area. Lots of walking paths close by. Definitely would go stay here again ❤️

Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, bed and pillows were fabulous and hotel was super quiet. We were able to get a great night’s sleep. Loved the complimentary coffee, tea and muffins. Loved the personalized hand written note on the bed, letting us know they check every room before you check in. Stay was for a medical trip, but will definitely stay at this hotel in future for personal, business and medical. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

The only problem for us was the MStar sign on the hotel. We were new to Kitimat and we couldn't see it from the road. There was a giant sign that said HOTEL, but we didn't know which one it was. This is an excellent hotel...you can put MStar in big letters as well!
