Its has clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is next to a near-vacant mall with some stores. Also, located by some fast food chains (2; A&W and Tim Hortons). A few restaurants and pubs in walkimg distance. The Bistro which is conveniently located next to the hotel is pretty good.

We stay here Several times a year as we have family in Kitimat. The phone rang at 10:59 nine with a reminder that check out is at 11. We were actually just leaving the room. Never had that before in a hotel!! Thank you for the reminder to check out and I won’t be checking back in!

I always get greeted well and the staff are so nice. The rooms are nice and the facilities are nice to be in that area. Lots of walking paths close by. Definitely would go stay here again ❤️

Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, bed and pillows were fabulous and hotel was super quiet. We were able to get a great night’s sleep. Loved the complimentary coffee, tea and muffins. Loved the personalized hand written note on the bed, letting us know they check every room before you check in. Stay was for a medical trip, but will definitely stay at this hotel in future for personal, business and medical. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

PERFECT! The king bed was great. Morning coffee was a nice touch. And the quietness took some getting used to. No traffic sounds or sirens blaring at all hours.
