"Room had a fabulous view out to sea. Booked the hotel for the kids to use the waterslide but it was not open (despite it being September and still very hot) - that was disappointing. The kids did have fun nonetheless in the arcade and squash court. Property was tired and run down, outdoor areas overgrown and not maintained. It was very clean though. Perhaps it is better maintained at peak periods? Staff friendly and helpful."

"Excellent location, quiet rooms, staff and service also top notch; had option of private or public onsen facilities on site that we utilised twice daily; yummy breakfast with large selection; overall very happy except the single pillow provided was too hard for myself and my husband, so sleep quality wasn't the best. No other complaints though! Would stay again. "

"Very clean hotel, quiet area, safe, excellent service, good breakfast with lots of choices, love the outdoor onsen , clean, able to enjoy ocean view, snow when I feel so nice and warm in the pressure onsen. Very close to beautiful, colorful onsen area, only 15 mins drive, lots of parking spot, very spacious , comfortable, ocean view room. Highly recommend "

"Great location if you’re visiting Hyotan Onsen etc. En-suite showers are a little small, and the hot water isn’t very hot (which is strange for a hotel with a hot spring). Not a big deal though because you could just go downstairs and shower in the on site hot spring. The Rooms had a great view of the city and the sea. Overall pretty decent place."

"The breakfast was simple and nice. It was a good way to kick start our morning. My girl totally enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. We love the laundry room at level 2. Life saving. Staff were nice and helpful too. "
