"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. They recommended great options for outings and helped me with shipping a parcel back to the US. The breakfast was really good (one of the best during my two weeks in Germany.) Beautiful property and the room was clean and well maintained. Would recommend and return."

"The hotel is great value for money. Some of the rooms appear to be undergoing renovation at the moment. My room overlooked the river, with a nice view of the old Roman bridge. It's a short but interesting walk to the hauptmarkt, Karl Marx's birthplace and museum, Trier Dom, Porta Nigra, and other sights. I'd happily stay here again. "

Great location and value including parking

"This was an apartment that included parking in a great location. Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. There was also a washing machine which was great! No dryer though. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is watch your emails after you reserve, there is a lengthy check in process that you do online. I didn’t realize this and we arrived and couldn’t get in because I had not completed this (my fault, not theirs) They were extremely helpful and responsive and got us in quickly. Once we figured out the system it was really easy and very secure getting in and out. "
