"This is a small apartment. The bed was a double bed but with a twin size comforter. Kitchen equipment is locked away and can be used for 20CHF. Hair dryer was also 20 CHF. There is a bus stop right outside the building, getting around was easy. It is a 15 min walk from the Stadium which is why I chose it but I wouldn't chose it again. "

"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. "Wir waren mit 20 Personen in der Unterkunft um unser Sommerfest zu feiern. Die Lage ist super, 5min mit dem Auto vom Südufer des Kirnbergsees entfernt. Supermärkte waren mit dem Auto auch schnell zu erreichen. Für 20 Personen war ausreichend Platz, sowohl an dem großen Esstisch, als auch im Wohnbereich und draußen auf der Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen"

"Interesting room design, where the bathroom does not have a proper door but separate from living area with a curtain. Room can be stuffy at times especially if you are used to AC. If you need to store luggage after checking out, it is in a locked room but luggage will not be labeled or checked by staff. Location is walkable to Zurich station but probably not recommended if you have big luggages with you. "

"Very enjoyable stay in a comfortable and quiet setting. Very easy access to downtown Zurich via tram (barely a 2 minute walk from the hotel). A very good place for travellers on a budget as well as looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but that you can get to easily."

"Everthing was great! the food at the restarant and the buffet were amazing. The bed was very confortable and the room clean. It would've been perfect, but THE ONE thing we didn't like happened wehn we left. We needed a taxi to the airport and we were told the hotel has a taxi company the work with, so they called one for us. we were told the taxi accepted card, but once we got to the airport the driver was very insistent that he wanted cash. He even asked for dollars of euros and proceded to lecture us because we didn't have cash, eventhough we were told the taxi accepted card and he the driver had a terminal with him. I WOULD STAY AT ALLEGRA LODGE AGAIN. I would just get an uber next time"
