There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

The owner (Gisele) and her daughter (Nicole) were super responsive to our questions/communications and we even returned to this property for an additional four nights during our visit to Germany. "Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund in der Ferienwohnung Reuter in Böchingen. Trotz sehr heißen Wetters haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist Spitze und die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett. In Böchingen selbst sind die Möglichkeiten bzgl. Gastronomie etwas beschränkt, aber Restaurants und Weinstuben sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ganzen ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub."
