The lofts was a great hotel to base part of our honeymoon at. We were given an upgrade upon arrival and were made to feel special by the hotel. Food is amazing, both breakfast and dinner! Make sure you stay here if in Knysna!

Great weekend

This was our third stay. Again, did not disappoint. Ideally situated for restaurants, if you don’t want to eat there, which is excellent. Very relaxing stay with a lovely terrace

Very unique hotel. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, although there was only 2 of us. So very spacious, immaculate, everything you needed. We loved it. Friendly staff, great location looking over the water. Bakery below which did amazing food for breakfast and lunch. Walk to the restaurants and shops minutes away. Will be back and definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had a great 2 night stay at The Lofts. The apartment had so much space and was really comfortable. The location was perfect for eating out in the evenings on the Island. The complimentary kayak's and free Corona fridge (1 hour every evening) is a nice touch. Our apartment had a small balcony but not a great view, we didn't mind too much for our short time there but check the rooms if you want a sea/lagoon view.

Beautiful stay

The facility is beautiful, in a renovated historic building. Our apartment was spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed sunset overlookimg the bay in tne deck. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge Dylan. He was so welcoming, friendly interesting and helpful. He suggested some fabulous hikes one in Wildnerness and one in Plettenburg Bay.

Amazing Boutique Hotel with wonderful staff

This place gets 10 stars from us. The room was our best yet, both restaurants were amazing, the staff was at our service for anything we needed. We made use of both restaurants, our balcony, the deck and the kayaks. We would definitely recommend the Lofts!!

Outstanding hospitality

We had two absolutely outstanding nights at this boutique hotel. The room was a full apartment in a really nice and comfortable style. The only thing you need to know is that there are some noise from the bar right below but even on a Saturday night everything was quiet at 10 pm. You can also smell lime at cocktail time and breakfast in the morning- but it was part of the charm. The location is breathtaking and the food was delicious. All staff was so friendly and helpful and their hospitality was enormous, and the made the atmosphere so including. We felt so welcome and special, and they went an extra mile to help us book a trip that was sold out - and with success. We worked defiantly recommend to go there and if we are going back to SA we will be back. Thanks 🙏

Super Location, netter Service, sehr gutes Essen. Das Hotel selber ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wurde in den öffentlichen Bereichen renoviert. Die Zimmer sind nach wie vor etwas älter, e. Vergilbte Klima, alte Möbel und Teppich.

Amazing boutique find

Stay was amazing. Actually extended for an extra night. The staff were courteous, welcoming, friendly and professional. The views from the deck were exceptional, especially at sunset. The rooms were clean, big, with an outside patio.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und es ist sehr ruhug. Das gesamte Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Es wird alles getan, damit der Gast zufriedengestellt wird. Das Frühstück im Hotel in Büffetform ist sehr gut. Wir hatten von unserer Turmsuite einen tollen Blick über die Lagune.

The ambience & feel of this hotel felt very comforting & pleasing. The staff is very helpful & amiable. We stayed in the lagoon room which had a very good view of the lagoon. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast served was wonderful. Overall, highly recommended.
