"We enjoyed our stay at the Sand Sea Resort. The rooms were clean, the location was great, the staff was friendly, and the grounds were well kept. It’s not a 5 star resort, but it is a great value. The only negatives I have are: 1) the walls in the room were thin and we heard our neighbors very clear, especially late at night, and 2) the pillows were not comfortable. But still a great spot for the price!"

"Maria at front desk was excellent during check in & check out. Bas helped transport our luggage and very helpful. Although it was difficult to get to this resort, once you arrive it’s just amazing and beautiful. We did 1/2 day excursion (boat) it was wonderful and the staff were great. "What stood out was the kindness of the staff. I cant remember all the names but thank you to everyone and especially the dining room staff, Nee,As Ma, Neen and many more. The rooms are like a tree house and are high up and steep climb surrounded by dense trees, we requested a lower room. There is a beautiful private beach with plently of snorkeling spots and chairs and free beach towels. Hotel offer excursions as well. We stayed 3 nights and did not feel the need to go into Tonsai Pier but this is possible for 150 baht per person. Plenty of food options and breakkfast is included. Neen"

"The private hot springs is the highlight.Wareerek offers quiet and peace. There is a stillness to the place that is very comforting. There is nothing around resort, but there is no need to leave the resort as the whole time you would just want to either soak in the hot springs,or, enjoy the massages.The food is light, tasty and a lot to choose from.The people are very warm and accomodating.It is beautiful place and would want to visit it again."
