"Great service from all the staff, so helpful and friendly. The resort itself was a little rundown in places. Also no signs to let you know for example pools were closed. There was also no obvious food/places to drink so even though the staff were the highlight of the resort the lack of atmosphere and signage let it down a little. "This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "

The staff and service throughout the resort are among the best of any place I have stayed. The only caveat - is that a good number of rooms are built on steep hillside. The hotel will provide shuttles to and from these rooms, but you should check if you have any problem with steep streets and hills (albeit well maintained.) The prices for food are a bit high. But you can walk to the nearby village for excellent local food that isn't costly. The food at the resort, however, was excellent. Tip is to eat at the pool bar for dinner to have a great view, and have pretty much the same food as in the restaurant."
