"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? "The rooms are spacious, with good solid wooden funitures. Though aged and used they still looked nice and worked well. Bed was neither hard nor soft. The aircondition had a life of it's own. The view from the resort is stunning. The breakfast is fine, but crowdy, and the appearance of local music every morning from 08:00, was adding to the feeling of crowdiness and unneeded noise. "This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel and we love the sunset rooms. The only negative for us is we have never been able to get a pool sunbed. Luckily we don’t mind the beach but it would be nice to be around one of the pools. Sadly the taken beds were generally unused just had towels on. "
