"We booked the most expensive beach front bungalow for 2nights. The setting was beautiful but unfortunately we decided to cut out stay short. When we arrived we were taken to our room and found all 3 beds to have stained sheets, hairs and bugs.. we approached the receptionist who had checked us in and asked for the sheets to be changed, she was grumpy and snappy and asked us to wait until the next day to get the sheets changed, we politely refused and said we wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in...

"The property was modern, clean and had a very comfortable bed. I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it, il be back again one day! The only downside was that there wasn’t a cleaner, plus the location was far out but I had a moped so it was perfect for me. The price was brilliant and so art from the lack of a cleaner I would give the property 5 stars!"

"Fik desværre en hytte, hvor der tilsyneladende var nogle kloakproblemer. Det medførte en ubehagelig lugt, men også et volds9mt antal myg som følge af fugten hytten. Om andre hytter var bedre skal jeg ikke kunne sige, men Reggae Village var ikke vidende om min reservation da jeg kom, så jeg fornemmer at jeg fik en tiloversbleven hytte. Dårlig var den. "We stayed for two nights to go to the full moon party. The owner was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was lovely (very important after a 12 hour bus journey from Bangkok!). The bed was very comfy. Location is great - short taxi ride from Had Rin (Full Moon location). Quiet area - would 100% recommend if you want to experience the full moon but be able to sleep well at night and rest during the day too! An absolute bargain for what we paid....

"Right from check in this place was an absolute disaster. My biggest complaint though is we were set up in a moped scam. We rented a bike across from the hotel, at night we parked the bike in front of the store/reception area, and then went about our night. The next morning the bike was gone, the security cameras at the hotel "didn't work" and we were told by the police we had to find the bike or pay 8,000 USD for a new bike. This place is UNSAFE, security cameras DO NOT WORK, there is NO...

"If you like a more quiet vibe this is the place for you. Koh Space is extremely clean and nice. The WiFi works well and the rooms are clean and cozy. It is a shared bathroom setting which is fine as the bathroom and shower space is also kept quite clean. Only thing is this space is primarily used as a co-working space so there is no desk and sometimes no staff around which does get a bit confusing sometimes. However the owners are extremely nice and helpful and do leave you with their WhatsApp...

"I stayed in room R17 it's got a beautiful sea view and it's practically an Overwater bungalow. Any room with this view is a must to book. I.E. Room R17,16,15,14 and so on I loved it so much that I would love to buy one. The Resort is a minute walk to 7/11 and a very short walk to many restaurants. And maybe a 5 minutes walk to the full moon party beach. Would I stay here again, Yes I extended my stay."

"Lovely property with great staff. The rooms are gorgeous, traditional design. The only negatives being some of the rotting woodwork, such as the sunbed boats, and railing round the main restaurant. Whilst there has been a general lack of upkeep there, Santhiya is still a lovely property for peace and quiet and id recommend it !"

"The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. The room was clean and easy to stay in with an amazing shower. (Very powerful). The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff were great at supporting us with gluten and dairy free food. Our view, best located hotel on the beach and the best place to stay. "

"We had the family bungalow up on the hill. We stayed during the full moon party and it was quiet and peaceful with a great view. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The bungalow was in walking distance to food and shopping however, the hill to the bungalow was very steep so if you aren’t in great condition health wise, I would recommend staying down by the beach. "
