It has only one elevator and the restaurant/breakfast area is relatively small (for about 10-15 guests at at time)

生田神社の直ぐ隣で市営地下鉄三宮駅に近く、新幹線利用に便利。 部屋は狭く、窓から殆ど景色も見えず、閉塞感あり。 ホテル内にはエレベーターが一台しかないため、清掃員と利用が重なると、昇降待ち時間が長く、1階のフロントに降りるだけでも相当の時間がかかることあり。 TV受像機の上部は、清掃されていないらしく、綿埃が溜まっていた。 フロントの係員の応対は丁寧で、不満は無し。 但し、チェックアウト遅延には、1時間1000¥の追加料金を要求している割には、清掃が正規チェックインの15時ギリギリまでかかっているらしく、少し早めに到着しても、入室させてもらえず。 和洋ヴァイキングの朝食は、質量とも貧弱。

併設のレストランで朝食をとれますが、早い時間に行かないと、まともな食事が取れません。ラストオーダーが9:30と聞いて、9時に行きましたが、サラダドレッシングはほぼ空で、添えてあるスプーンで救える量でなく、僅かな量を容器を逆さにしてサラダにかけました。スタッフの方は見ても補充する事なく、他の料理もまだ客が来るというものではありません。2日目は7:30に入ったので大丈夫？でした。他のアパホテルの朝食は良かったので残念でした。ランチやディナーは同じレストラン（狭い）でTVで紹介された、と入口に書いてありましたが、朝食は正直お勧めできません。

生田神社の直ぐ隣りで立地も良くスタッフの方も丁寧な対応で感じが良かったです。 お部屋も清潔で良かったのですが、ちょっと狭かったです。それと個人的には喫煙室がホテル内に無いのが不便でした。

今回シングルルームだったが、荷物を広げる場所がベッド上しかなく不便だった。またデスクスペースがあって書き物はできるが、椅子を引くスペースが狭く姿勢を正した状態は辛いと感じたので、シングルでももう少しだけで良いので広いと良いと思った。
