"There’s no doubt this is a beautiful historical old hotel, rooms are comfortable and have lots of original features! Good aircon and comfortable beds. However it does need a little love and attention- could definitely do with a bit of renovation (there were some works going on whilst we were there) nothing major and it didn’t inconvenience us at all) so maybe in a few months improvements will show. "Abin at Reception was very attentive and helpful. He provided excellent service for his customer. Room was very clean. I was very pleased they didn't have cushions and bed runners on the pillows and bed because they are usually dirty and don't get gchanged / washed after every guests.
