"This is a perfect hotel to see Mount Fuji, the views are spectacular. The employees were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was free too. I wished I had stayed more than one night. 2 days to visit the area is not enough. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious with so many Japanese and regular dishes."

"This property was a little dated compared to some of the others we have stayed at. However, it was very clean and the customer service was top notch. The view of Mt.
