"The location was perfect for seeing a lot of Copenhagen in just a couple of days. Accessing the property was easy and the host was timely and communicative. We were surprised by the amount of the security deposit hold and wish the amount and process were clearer when booking. The apartment was lacking in some essential supplies (trash can, paper towel, sponge for dishes) which we worked around well as we were not there too much and did not cook. For guests cooking this could be challenging....

"Property in great location, but major problems with both internal bathroom door and more importantly the door to access the property. We could not unlock the door from the outside, we accessed the property by climbing up and then through an open window. We the nad to leave this window open to get access to the property (a major security risk). Having remotes this below is a copy of the replay I received I am unsure if this can be looked into during your stay. If you need any furtehr assitance...

"The property is in the middle of everything, very convenient. We were a little late to our appointment and they were patiently waiting for us. Since it is in the middle of busy area, you can hear the street noise, especially on the weekend. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to get an inside room. A great stay overall. Thank you!"

"Couldn’t have been better - from communication, to location to spacious (and lovely and warm!) apartment itself. Shane kindly met us in a local cafe before heading up and showing us how everything worked, and offering advice on local amenities etc. It really was like living home from home. Shane even allowed our little girl to play with his kiddos toys, she was in sooo happy. Thanks for everything Shane, will 100% be recommending, and we’ll be back! "Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before "
