Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners might be a good option for management to consider.

Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel, we were a family group travelling with a 2year old in the group & every small detail to accommodate the whole group were met. Every staff member without exception always greeted us with a smile & were always very helpful. The hotel is very clean in all areas. There is a great choice of restaurants & poolside drinks/food. Located directly on the beach is also a huge plus. The hotel grodbs & garden are kept to a pristine standard. All in all there is nothing not to like about this hotel & it is definitely a hotel we would all love to return to. Thank you everyone at Centara Reserve for an amazing holiday.

First, upon arrival to the room, we were greeted to a basket of used feminine pads. The resort apologized with a cheap bottle of wine. We also encountered dirty glasses in our room on multiple days and also at breakfast. And the air conditioning worked sometimes and at other times not. The only positive thing was the staff were very nice and tried hard. I expect the hotel to apologize for the inconvenience so that others potential guests will ignore this review and stay at the resort. But the same old tired apologies I’ve read by theses resorts are just that. More to the point, they’re b.s. And I’m sorry to have to post such a bad review. However, I spent $2500 for four nights at what was supposed to be a 5 star luxury resort. It is not luxurious and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re reading this and don’t want to be disappointed, please stay at the Conrad or Six Senses or some other resort.

Booked 10 nights and flight was delayed for 24hrs by United Airlines due to crew swap issues resulting to over $1,000 in unplanned layover expenses (One night in Singapore and one night charged at Centara that we didn’t use because of the flight delay). A Taste Of Heaven
Firstly the Property is Beautiful. The Staff is AMAZING, Friendly, accommodating etc. We checked in and later discovered that our AC wasn't keeping cool. The hotel had an engineer in the room in 5 Minutes. In the end he never got it working properly, SO they upgraded us to a Beautiful Suite. The first room was great, The Suite, Amazing. Ive never had a better Staff anywhere. "M" checked us in and was just great to work with and then, "Beaut" upgraded us and also was a pleasure to work with. There was nothing that we asked for that wasn't immediately attended too. This place is Paradise with Angels for Staff Members. Thank You For making the final week of our trip the most enjoyable and memorable. We look forward to coming back.

Il contesto: hotel 5 stelle Bene camera vista mare deluxe senza nessun mobile e piani d appoggio (solo 3 cassetti in cui sopra la cassaforte che genera un piccolo ripiano) 6 attaccapanni ad in basso un ripiano unico In camera nessun mobile e quindi nessun ripiano Forse si dimenticano che essendo un hotel per vacanze gli ospiti si portano le valigie e di conseguenza hanno bisogno di spazi adeguati Il bagno anche qui a malapena ci si poteva appoggiare un beauty Prese elettriche malconcie che facevano contatto supportandole verso l alto con spessori di fortuna Ci hanno poi portato 3 cassettiere di cui una con cassetti rotti Che dire Sembra impossibile ma questo è quanto Ci siamo chiesti io e mia moglie che forse era una camera in cui prima c è stato un neonato e che per posizionare la culla hanno tolto i mobili No. !!tutte le camere da noi viste mentre facevano le pulizie erano senza mobili!!! It’s always so hard to leave this hotel. Wonderful white sand beach, you can swim out 50 meters and still touch the bottom, modern rooms and facilities. Lovely staff and spa. I look forward to the next visit.

Terrific experience all around. Beautiful beachfront property, two spectacular pools (adult only and family), perfect location on Chaweng Beach (close to the action if you want it, but not too close if you want peace and quiet). Rooms are very nice, modern and clean. Service and staff was top notch. Excellent breakfast buffet, tons of variety and all was very good quality. Highly recommend Centara Reserve, I will stay again if I return to Samui.
