Loved our stay here! We stayed in the cottage house and it was lovely. The airport transfer organized by Montien House was really well organized. But we had a leaky Aircon the first time but they fixed it quickly the next day 😊

Overall good stay and location was excellent. The bathroom drain smells so I had to keep the door closed so the scent did not come into the room. The Villa was okay but could use updating. The staff was helpful when my cable tv did not work. I had a late flight and was not. Able to stay longer than 12 noon so hopefully next time at least to 1 or. 2 would be appreciated since I had at least 4 nights at the property.

No beach! There is no beach at this property which let us down as this was the key reason we picked this hotel. The beach is only walkable when the tide is out. The staff were the only nice thing about this place, they were wonderfully attentive and kind. The breakfast was very poor. We only ate once the whole time we were there. Oddly, the restaurant was fine for dinner as the food was great! We arrived in the evening and had dinner which gave us high hopes for the breakfast. The location is great if you're with friends on a party holiday but not for families with small children. Although the staff were great, the general feeling coming away from Montien house - Overpriced for what it is.

Ace location, a easy walk anywhere in Chaweng. The property is split between bungalows and a new Annex building, there's a swimming pool and restaurant right at the beach. We booked a deluxe room and stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and could easily fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. They also gave us daily bottles of water and it was very clean. Unfortunately, although our room had a balcony, it was facing the apartments in the building next door.

I stayed here twice within two weeks. Close to the main town and Samui center, but when you are in the resort, you feel secluded.

Really beautiful premises & restaraunt & pool are right on the beach. Rooms are very old & in urgent need of an update. Safe opens with a key! Staff are awesome. Wont stay here again as it was below my expectation especially for the price paid. If your looking for a budget place then this is the place to come to. Nothing wrong just outdated room & bear minimum facilities

I was very happy with this hotel. Beautiful garden setting, nice pool and restaurant. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is aging but they are doing a great job keeping up. Hope to stay there again!

The property is dated but very clean. The staff are fantastic Location is great. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk Big mall is 10 minutes walk with a nice night market . The pool is good but no rail on the steps. The beach is steps from the pool but steps to it are a bit tricky to navigate. I would definitely stay here again and stay in the bungalows

This place is located in Chinatown, requiring a short walk from the main road. The staff speak limited English. It's suitable for an overnight stay, though the room is smaller than it appears in the pictures. I also find it a bit pricey for its location and condition.

Clean hotel in a great location
A very clean hotel with easy access to a beautiful beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is off of a busy street which is ideal as it is protected from the noise. It is well placed for accessing restaurants, bars and shops

We stayed here 6 years ago in the same deluxe garden view cottage and were disappointed that it hadn’t had any updates since then. The room was comfortable enough but quite drab in appearance. Otherwise the breakfast was good,the pool refreshing and the staff ( deception and cleaners) all were lovely and helpful. The gardens are well maintained and lush green. It’s a 50m walk to the bustling Main Street where there is plenty of choices for meals and most have a lengthy happy hour. Plenty of markets for shopping and money changers too. Great location.

Chewang Beach
A 14 night stay. first we stayed in Deluxe Villa which was quite noisey with interconnecting doors not sound proofed. Also the grouting in the shower needed replacement. We then upgraded to Villa with private pool which was fantastic and very quite (this is a must if you stay here) We then upgraded to the beachfront suite that was very large but we still preferred the villa with private pool. The beachfront restaurant has fantastic food and is not much dearer than restaurants outside. The food is really cheap anywhere you eat. A short stroll out the front gets you to the main beach area where the water temp was about 28 degrees and crystal clear

Vous pouvez clairement trouver un meilleur hôtel pour un meilleur prix et expérience bien plus agréable. Musique jusqu'à 5h du matin à tous les jours de la semaine. La partie de la plage devant l'hotel n'est pas propre, on dirait un marais. Le fond de la piscine était jaune. Le personnel pas vraiment sympathique. La salle de bain sentait les oeufs... bref, je ne recommande pas. Nous sommes restés dans un autre hotel sur l'île de Koh Samui durant notre voyage pour environ le même le prix et l'hotel était nettement supérieur.
