Arrived, This hotel had not received any money from hotels.com they kicked me out after one night because hotels.com and the hotel couldn't resolve the issue, even though i proved payment with receipt and bank statement I've yet to receive a refund.

The actual property was kind of nice. The staff was awesome. The property was extremely disappointing when taking into account the way Expedia made it look and sound. You overrated the place. We will no longer be using Expedia. We were not satisfied at all with everything.

Not good at all
No air conditioner in the living area and the ones in the bedrooms would easily freeze up and stop working. You could hear everything going on outside from inside. The "blackout curtains" in the bedroom were super thin, you could probably see through them from outside.

Bed bugs
Checked in from a friendly but untrained staff member. Was showed a room that had a door that didn't lock. The bed appeared clean however when I checked the mattress there were numerous stains and bed bugs. After deciding there's no way I could ignore this I told front desk I would not be staying and told them why. The same man who checked my in said he was sorry but did not know how to help me. I told Expedia and the staff and haven't received any refund or sign there will be a refund. I'm afraid I'm probably out the $50 but at least I didn't have to sleep with bed bugs.

We enjoyed our stay at hakuna. Staff are friendly. The best restaurant in Samui is 6 minutes walk away called the Larder. Massage and laundry and food are all within 2 minutes walking. The chemicals in the pool are very strong. I had tears for 2 hours so use goggles. Taxi drivers will rip u off. They refuse to turn on meter and charge triple. Not double but triple!! A one way trip to Central plaza will cost u the same as hiring a moped from the hotel but moped hire is 24 hours. Don't use taxis! Next time I visit samui I will stay here again.

Hotel OK. Just not easy access to the beach, we had to go very far as all beach access is private in a large area. Hotel is good for family not for fun, no lights in the lobby after 10 and people expected to retire early. Still this is a good Hotel, restaurant next to it is good and cheap. Still everything is more expensive on the island than on the mainland like Pattaya and Bangkok.

Theft of money from the hotel room, twice in 10 days, from a hand bag and from the safe (tin box). No physical damage to the locks, so potentially somebody could have had a key. Hotel was ok overall for the money, although the entrance down a bit of a smelly side street After being robbed, you just don't feel safe or secure Reported on both occasions but nothing much was done

Nice Simple Hotel
We stayed 4 nights at Oasis. The hotel was nice and simple. The location was little far from the chaweng beach, we needed to walk 10min to the main area but the hotel rents scooters for only 150bahts. They have a nice pool to hang out and also they provide laundry service for 40bahts a kilogram.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Closest beach isn't great but can walk up beach 20mins to nicer and busier section. Few resturants around the hotel but not a busy section. Go to a resturant called Jungle Club great views.

Cozy, friendly place outside the chaos of Chawen
Awesome staff. Front desk girls are absolutely lovely. Helped arrange motorbikes and gave us maps with directions around the island. Nice breakfast spread, refreshing salt-water pool, great WiFi connection. Room I booked was a bit tight, but great for what I needed. Bathroom was quite large in comparison. I'll definitely stay here when I'm back in Samui. It has a great location with shops and restaurants nearby, but you're removed from the chaos of central Chaweng which is nice. It's just a short walk to the bars and restaurants for going out, but a nice "oasis" to return to.

Happy stay in Koh Samui
I spent 9 nights here over the Songkran period and the hotel was just right for me. 15 minutes walk away from the busy part of Chaweng beach so in a quieter area. Good restaurant around the corner Choice and breakfast in the hotel was good and inexpensive. The lady who runs the hotel was very efficient and managed to get me a discount on the brochure tour prices of the two tours I took. She could not have been more helpful. Very nice pool and Thai ambience yet still with good airconditioning in your room. It all suited me very well.

Far enough away from the bustle
The resort is right up the end of the main road but within walking distance (1.5km) of all the main attractions of Samui. It was a great place to relax and recoup and there are many restaurants etc. in the same area.

There are so many places to choose from in Thailand, and quite a few are not very clean or conveniently located. It really helped to have a reputable site with pictures and reviews to look over before booking a place while still in California. This hotel was clean with almost all of their rooms facing a saltwater pool, and had icy cold drinks and a place to eat in the morning. It's located before the main action of town begins, but was still within walking distance. The only thing it did not have was a beachfront location, but that's why it's so inexpensive. This was one of the better places I stayed for the price.

Lovely!
Our stay here was pleasent. The staff were really friendly and inviting. Room was equipt with the essentials, nothing overally fancy but that's not what we were after. Had air condoning and a fridge which was handy. Nice pool and good breakfast options for everyone. Close to the beach. 2 minute walk. Overall a good stay!!

Die Hotelanlage ist Top. Rießen Zimmer für nur 20 €. Einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass es ein wenig abseits liegt. Für Leute die es eher ruhiger haben wollen noch perfekter

Var på Samme hotel for 3 år siden, og må sige at det er desværre ikke Så godt mere, ingen poolhåndklæder, poolen mangler klinker, og stedet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Sød dame der lavede morgenmad og gjorde rent, havemand og poolmand søde. receptionist sur og meget lidt imødekommende. Men jeg tænker vi kommer igen en anden gang, værelserne er fine til prisen.
