As you step into the villa, there is a stunning open-plan living area with a large smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. The living area looks out to the 5 x 7 metre saltwater swimming pool, with additional jetted seating area, and surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

Enjoy fine dining either in the open-plan living area or the air-conditioned indoor dining space. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern facilities , ensures a great culinary experience. The en-suite bedroom offers a king-size bed, teak furnishings, and French doors opening onto the pool area, providing a lovely view of swaying palm trees.

The villa's spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a separate large bathtub. Outside the private 5 x 7 metre saltwater swimming pool with added jetted seating area and a built-in outdoor gas barbecue set the stage for al fresco dining in a tranquil environment.

There is a washing machine in the outdoor utility area, guest WC, and an outdoor rain shower by the pool. Secure parking and complimentary fibre optic wifi add to the practical amenities.

The best way to get around is the use of a car which we provide you with for the duration of your stay at Villa Topaz.

All our cars are insured, with the guest being responsible, and limited, for the first 20,000 Baht of any damage. There is no insurance on mopeds where the guest pays for any damage incurred.

It is the guests responsibility to ensure that they also have their own comprehensive Travel & Health Insurance, and appropriate driving documentation for Thailand.

All our vehicles will have a full tank of petrol for you. Please ensure that you return the vehicle at the end of your stay with a full tank.

Nowhere on the island is more than 45 mins away. The villa is on the quieter part of the island and makes driving a more pleasurable experience.

Please note no additional guests other than those who have booked to stay at the villa, permitted to stay overnight.

There are many excellent restaurants to choose from. Within a 3 min walk of Villa Topaz is popular local Thai Restaurant, Somtum Indy, serving Thai and European food. Also 5 min walk away is the elegant Baan Bo Ran village which has dining indoor rooms with aircon or outdoor tables set by a beautiful Lotus lake. The popular and healthy Organic Restaurant Sweet Sisters is only 800 mtrs away. Also 600 mtrs from the villa is Les Jardins De La Rhumerie Restaurant, set in a lovely garden and opens for breakfast, staying open from 9 until 21.00 hrs.
