"We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Super miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła, rzeczowa i pomocna już od samego zameldowania. Hotel jest w świetnym stania, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Podoje przestronne i zarazem przytulne. Korzystanie ze strefy basen/sauna przyjemne i komfortowe. W każdej z restauracji jedzenie bardzo smaczne, wysokiej jakości, a obsluga bardzo sprawna. Z drobnych minusow brak jednoznacznych oznaczen wjazdu na parking. Brak mozliwosci sterowania ogrzewaniem/klimatyzacja w pokoju. Kazdorazowo trzeba dzwonic do...

"Hallo liebes Team Das einchecken war ziemlich schwierig, dann sollten wir pro Tag 150 zl. Parkplatzgebühren bezahlen obwohl wir Gast in dem Haus waren.Wir mußten das Schwimmbad im Marina benutzen im Arka nur gegen extra Gebühr. Es gab keinen Toaster,keine Kaffeemaschine obwohl das der Standard wäre.Nur je 1 Badetuch kein Händehantuch keine Hygiene Artikel, kein Deutsches Fernsehen. Auch das Kücheninventar lies zu Wünschen übrig....kein Salz,Zucker usw.Allso nach zirka 20 Kolberg Aufenthalten...
