Very nice, new hotel with excellent swimming pool / hot tubs. Really nice in Kolberg and the beach is absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff, but couldn’t speak english (only Polish and German) - not my strong side but we managed to communicate in german at some level 😄.

Very good hotel - and room. The only bad thing was the Fridge. I does not make anything cold! Omelet at morning buffet excellent!

We really enjoyed a short stay. Hotel is very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a fantastic choice of hot and cold Polish/Continental Europe type of food. Pool was clean and big enough with 5 or 6 jacuzzis so no waiting to use it. The only negative point is that the shower basin in rooms is too shallow and after one shower bathroom floor was flooded as the shower cabin enclosure was not sealed properly at the bottom. Besides that nothing to complain about!

The customer service felt outdated and unwelcoming, almost like stepping back in time to 1980 Poland. While the rooms were clean, they also felt bare and lacked warmth. We weren’t provided with extra towels for the pool, and the “hot” tubs were disappointingly cold. On the positive side, the location is great and just a short walk to the beach, and the breakfasts at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic.

Das Personal sollte im Thema Service besser geschult werden. Manchmal reicht in manchen Situationen ein einfaches lächeln. Im Essbereich hatten wir wegen des kalten Auftretens des Personals das Gefühl schnell essen und gehen zu müssen. Zimmer waren sauber. Im allgemeinen war es gutes Hotel zum Erholen.

Der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm und auch immer ein Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Zimmer Modern ausgestattet.

Wir waren für 6 Nächte Gäste in dem Hotel und waren mehr als zufrieden. Super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und gute Essensauswahl. Auch der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war super schön. Wir haben jeden Tag den Pool im Innenbereich genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht. Kaffee und Eierspeisen waren sehr gut. Beim Obst hätten wir uns gerne mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Geschnittenes Obst fürs Müsli gab es gar nicht. Das Personal ist sehr reserviert. Die Nähe zum Strand überzeugt. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Hotel als wahrscheinlich ewige Bauruine. Generell gutes Hotel aber wir werden es nicht nochmal buchen.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und hat eine moderne Einrichtung. In den Betten zu schlafen war eher eine Qual, sehr hart und es hat sich in der Matratze bereits eine Kule gebildet. Wir waren zu Viert in einem Zimmer und allen ging es so mit dem Betten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, allerdings hat es an Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Jacken, Handtücher und Bademäntel gefehlt. An sich hat das Hotel ein schönes Ambiente, die Unhöflichkeit des Personals macht dies aber wieder zu Nichte. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden Morgen das Gleiche. Wir werden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen, da man sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt hat.
