"We had such a relaxing stay at the condo. The condo was clean and equipped with all that we needed. We sat on the balcony every morning, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. We used the beach chairs to enjoy A-Bay, a beautiful beach for swimming, snorkeling, and seeing turtles. There are two small shopping centers within walking distance, and a hiking trail around the property. The pool was nice and a perfect area to watch the sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. "

"Great communication with property management, the property that we stayed at was updated, clean, well maintained, had various appliances, ie blender, coffee maker, washer dryer that worked wonderfully. "My husband & I stayed here with our friends.(a couple). Its a large, spacious unit. What surpised us were the 2 towels hanging in the bathroom that appeared used. As we opened our eyes, we found the kitchen drawers to be flthy around the insides edges. 3 light bulbs inmaster bath were out, making it rather dark. "The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It was very relaxing. I love the lanai and it was super clean. I recommend it. The downsides of staying there included long drive to South Kona beaches, loud coqui frogs at night, roosters crowing at 3 am, and bed too soft. (I was warned about the roosters from a previous review). It was cool enough to keep the bedroom window closed, which helped with the noise. Pack your sleeping pills if you are a light sleeper!
