Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "
