"Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. "Loved the unit, super quiet, nice location to train station and walk into town. Kitchenette is perfect for longer stay. Housekeeping available for fresh towels. Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. Only street door had security."

"no TV in room, internet wifi is awfull and only near window. You are not allowed to bring food or drink in room. Breakfast was poor. Is very far from town. Wall are thin and you can hear all noises. In room was cold and is a small radiator on wall that worked only few hours. You can enter hotel during night only until 1:00am then is closed until morning and you will sleep outside :) Staff was kindly"

"We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was so nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the room was really quiet, the shower was large, and there were shampoos/ conditioner/ body wash from Rituals. We had food at the Bistro which wasn't the cheapest (about 25 euros each), but the food was really good. If you want to eat in the restaurant then you need a reservation, but then you don't get to enjoy the patio...

"Great location quiet, just out of the centre but only a short bus ride away.apartment well equipt, modern ,clean, pleanty of parking across the road.the only issue was when we tried to gain entry at about a quarter past 3 (3 oclock was supposed to be the start time for check in) the code we had been sent didnt work it kept saying it was invalid.After several attempts and also trying our booking ref number, were about to ring the number given on the door which said it was for emergencies only...
