The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. "Fabulous stay, great host who met us on arrival and explained everything. Lovely view across the fields, private and quiet. "Property is in good location but theshower needs to get fixed. Noisy and annoying people were next door to us and owner didn't do much to fix it. I complained to the owner to tell people to keep it down partying noise, she didn't try to keep the peace but instead she pointed directly to her customers which I find shocking that this would have escalated quickly to a fight or something worse. Then the neighbors tried to cause trouble with us which I find that was very ridiculous starting from the owner should have just tell them to keep it down or leave. Its a motel not a house to have parties and that. We didn't have sleep due to so much noise every single day. Needs more work on customer service "
