"Ortalama bir hizmet ve temizlikte bir otel, aldığı paranın karşılığını veriyor. Sadece ödediğimiz ücretin yanlış olabileceğini beyan eden resepsiyon görevlisine hata olmadığı konusunu açıklamamız biraz uzun sürdü ama sonunda anlaşabildik."

"When we arrived tired from a touring holiday we were offered tea which we eagerly accepted. I believe I booked one room for us as a couple and our son but we were all thrilled when we realised we had a room each (two rooms) AND a lounge which had a balcony overlooking the lake. This made our stay. ..."
