"Peppery was under renovation, which was not known at the time of booking. Temporary reception & dinning set up. Access to rooms was from the outside via the basement. No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."

We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the apartment since to find out if any jewellery been found that I have lost while staying there "
