"Hotel staff was friendly. But parking was a nightmare. Very small room for three people. The free breakfast was not good. The front desk people doesn't speak English. Had to use google translate for everything. The room service pressed my husband'sjacket and shirt and that was nice. And did not charge us for it. Overall nice place. "

"Alot of things exceeded expectations whilst we stayed here - Everything went smoothly - Had a great swim in the pool. The mountain views are beautiful. Breakfast was amazing - the eggs were cooked perfectly to request. The hotel is clean and new. Hotel design is high quality. We slept well for 3 nights, no disruptions. Would definitely come here again - Internet was super fast. "

"It was a good book in, the man on the reception was pleasant snd helpful. The room is ideal for my one night, it was clean, and pleasant, didn't smell of smoke, like most in Turkey. Breakfast between 7 and 10, ideal for me as i have an early appointment at the hospital, a 10 minute bus ride."

Shattered expectations 😔

"On first entering the room I was very impressed. In fact separate sleeping room to living area. V clean. Bed comfortable. Shower low in pressure but ok. Breakfast fine. However my husband and I were staying for my cataract removal at local hospital. After second night we thought my husband could return to work and I'd booked another night as single. The operation was not in morning as expected but afternoon. It was clear that my husband would need stay to support me. We passed reception on way up to room and told manager of this change, but said have go straight to room now cos exhausted. I heard manager say, ok you pay for this night later. Agreed, but in event we were both in bed by 10.00 pm . Received knock on door at 11pm a staff member requiring payment. We were shocked and upset that this happened - didn't really think would be a problem to pay in morning. We had already paid for the two previous nights of course. Yeah, certainly spoilt what would have been a v comfortable stay. Oh yes also we had left sign up to clean room whilst I was in hospital - that did not happen either. "
