"Our stay was great! We arrived much later than expected (midnight instead of 6pm) and the hotel owner was kind and understanding. The next morning he gave us many tips for our trip in Montenegro over a cup of coffee. The property was clean and affordable and perfect for two friends. The bathroom was clean and efficient. "Had a wonderful stay at Apartments Olive! My unit had a dedicated parking lot which was a lifesaver given the parking situation in Dobrota. Our hosts were really kind and warm and facilitated the check in and check out process smoothly. They even recommended activities and food places, I can’t thank them enough. "The apartment was clean and fully equipped with "hardware" (all the cooking implements you'd need), has good wifi and AC. It's close to Kotor but a bit of a walk on a fairly harrowing road for the uninitiated. It was as advertised - always a good thing. Pater was a responsive host. The only ding would be in the "software" - 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no laundry deterent and no garbage/recycling bags . ..perhaps a cleaning crew oops - but for almost a two week stay,...

"We stayed at this property in August of 2024 for only 1 night. We wished it had been more. The property is within an easy drive of the old city, and Julie very helpfully gave us advice on where to park when we went there. The air conditioning works great (August is very hot). We loved the outdoor patio! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms might have annoyed our kids if we had brought with us, as they are adults and the ceilings in those rooms are a tad low. "The best thing about this property is the location. On a lovely part of the bay, it’s close to restaurants, groceries, and a bakery. The view from the pool area is perfection. However, this condo is on the back side of the property and only has peek-a-boo views from the unit. There is also an odor in the unit - maybe cigarettes, maybe damp. Once I aired the place out, the smell was tolerable. "

"Perfect location at the heart of Old Town. Easy to find . Yet it is quiet at night. Not too deep from the main entrance to the Old Town. Very helpful staff . Didn’t catch her name though( Tall, lady in glasses , usually working in the morning and breakfast time) . Breakfast was basic but sufficient, mainly ham, eggs, fruits, cereals and local pastries. Price was also reasonable."

"The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "

"The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."
