Fabulous old hotel inside the old city walls. Renovated, but showing some wear. Location, staff and breakfast were excellent. Note that some websites claim that this hotel offers parking or a sauna; both are false. Nearest parking is 1km away and 2€ per hour. We stayed in a deluxe suite on the top floor and loved it. Highly recommended, but pricey.

Beautiful, gracious, hotel, center of Old Town

It’s a beautiful, gracious old hotel with very spacious and comfortable amenities. The staff is exceptionally warm and gracious, and an amazing restaurant attached to it. The breakfast is very generous. The perfect location right in the center of Old Town Kotor.

We had a large and beautiful room at the top of a charming historic building, with views over the heart of Old Town Kotor. Very close to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. Good onsite breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. No parking due to the location, but the public lot just outside the closest gate in the walls worked fine.

The bedrooms were large and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts were simple but plentiful and included fresh fruit. The position of the hotel was in the centre of the old town and amazingly quiet considering where it was. What really made our stay so memorable was the staff - they were all excellent. 👏

Really nice place and fairly close to the front gate. It's super central in the old town. Parking was busy, but not as bad as Dubrovnik. Music at night was a little loud, but the bed was comfy and was able to tune it out. The staff were superb and the complimentary breakfast was pretty amazing.

We were made so welcome and comfortable at Hotel Duomo. The location is perfect, so easy to get around the old city and for us within easy walking distance of the bus terminal. Everything was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well supplied with little useful extras that you might have forgotten to bring and toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful courtyard setting. The staff were all super helpful and welcoming.

Great location and extremely helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Villa Duomo. The room was very comfortable and the staff was great. Some of the rooms face the church so you will hear the bells ring, but for a few days on vacation I thought it was nice to hear. The location is very central and easy to find (I was a bit worried when looking at the map, but it really is a straight shot from the gate). Parking just outside the gate was easy and the walk was relatively short and flat.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Kotor Old Town has to offer! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful! The attic room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are some stairs which we were quite comfortable with. Breakfast was delicious with made to order eggs, bacon and omelettes as well as breads, cheese and vegetables!

Cozy elegance right in the middle of old town.

Small, sweet room for 3. Lots of stairs and you're on your own for your luggage, but other than that, very nice and comfortable. Kind and friendly staff. Best of all: right in the middle of old town.

Property is very well located in Old Town, you are in middle of everything, and the staff is wonderful. The only thing to be mentioned is that the bathtub is in the middle of the living room so you have no privacy since it has no doors. But the toilet is private and has a door. I thought it was a little unusual. Pay attention on room pictures. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same but mine was like that. Other than that everything was great and I recommend.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They truly made you feel welcome. We asked for restaurant recommendations and we went to two of them. They were excellent. They helped arrange a ride to the airport for us and the driver was prompt and very nice.
