The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. "The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient."

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "
