"今回3回目の滞在です。今回、冷蔵庫の中など、清掃の行き届いていない場所がありました。こんなことは初めてですが。当方、２歳の卵アレルギーのある子供がおりまして、ホテルではうっかりビュッフェで玉子入りの何かを取ってはと思い自炊のできる当施設に3回目の滞在でした。にもかかわらず、冷蔵庫に前の方々の食料品が残っており、全く覚えのないゆで卵などがありました。子供の手の届く位置ではなかったので幸いでしたが、今回は本当に残念で仕方ありません。また、台所にラップがなく、また温かい飲み物用に利用できるマグカップが2つしかなく、大人４人と子供2名の滞在では不便でした。前の口コミ投稿に記載した通り、浅いプールがあるので、小さな子供連れにはおすすめです！今回、5世帯の旅行で15名、A棟、B棟、の2棟を借りて過ごしましが、お湯が尽きることもなく快適にプールもお風呂も満喫できました。次回、清掃が行き届いていることを願います！"

"This is my first time ever I felt very disappointed about the booking via hotel.com due to the following reasons 1. The photos shown on the hotel.com vs the real life experience was of a big difference. Very poor. The swimming poor is too small. The entire house is too compressed. 2. The premise could not be located by GPS properly. The path to the premise is not fit for 8-seated vehicle. It’s too dangerous for the big car to drive thru. "今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

"The resort is a little secluded than what we expected, luckily we have car to access in. But the host is very nice! It's my fault that I didn't inform the host in time about our late check in, in addition my phone can't make through any local calls, hence we can only contact using the chat function in Hotels.com. I'm glad that the host is patient enough and trusted on us on our check-in procedure. Thank you so much and really sorry for the trouble caused."

"정말 좋은 리조트 입니다. 아직은 겨울이라 수영장을 사용할수 없었습니다. 침대가 깨끗하지만 사용감이 있었습니다. 주변 산책로와 멋진 바다가 그 모든 단점들을 해결해 줍니다. 아침 식사가 훌륭하고 쉐프가 해주는 egg station은 정말 맛있습니다. 서빙해주시는 모든 분들의 서비스가 정말 좋았습니다."

"Everything’s just as described, the spectacular view, comfortable wind and cozy atmosphere are surely one of the best place you want to spend your time relaxing. Gratitude to the staff there, we were warmly welcomed and hardly needed to worry about anything. I left a ring after checked out and returned in the evening, the hotel staffs were very helpful and found me the ring very quickly while I was just waiting at the terrace enjoying the sunset. Would definitely come back and stay for longer duration. Thank you for hosting me and my boy friend!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location, I had an ocean view room and the view was fantastic. There aren’t a lot of dinner options close to the hotel but it is out of the congestion of Naha and is very relaxing, and relatively close to the aquarium and a number of other attractions. "
