Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! "Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover."

"The property decor is somewhat out of date but still functional. The staff are helpful but not all are good with english. We felt safe and secure there and they had a maintenance issue which they resolve in a timely matter with little disruption to all patrons. I would like them to install an automatic front door and do everybody a favour. Many thanks to our 11th floor cleaning lady and the door man downstairs. "
