"We had an incredible stay at Hotel ICON, and I can’t recommend it enough! The partial sea view room was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such a beautiful view every day was a highlight of our trip. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay, everything was impeccable. One of the things I really appreciated was the customizable options, like their pillow menu and the filtered water provided in the room—small details that made a big difference in comfort. Plus, the room size was impressively spacious, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Overall, Hotel ICON exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place that offers both comfort and outstanding hospitality, this is the one! Can’t wait to be back."

"Lovely hotel with a fantastic view, and refurbished room, although the bathroom was strangely compact with limited space around the sink to put stuff. But the hotel overall has a lovely feel and ambience. The breakfast was really good as well But allow time for queueing. "

"Nice hotel close to temple street and the metro. Breakfast is exceptional. Staff friendly and do their job well. The room small by Western standards but ok for Hong Kong."

"Great room, Very clean. Large bathroom and lots of hot water. Quiet, close to my office, close to lots of restaurants etc. Very safe. Slow check in. No early check in. Very friendly staff. Surprisingly, no waits for elevators."

"Fantastic hotel. We stayed in an executive suite and had use of the exec lounge for breakfast and also comp afternoon tea and evening drinks. Really easy to use the MTR to get around as station about 300m away! Slow check in however and would be good if they could provide a means to refill water bottles/flasks as water is no longer provided in rooms. Would recommend though."
