"Although it was a short stay of two nights, quite surprise that the hotel does not provide bottled drinking water, had to purchase my own water from supermarket… also there’s no complete toiletries, perhaps this is due to the going green program but inconvenient for the guest.. hotel’s location is fantastic with the shopping mall just next door and the metro station very close by.. good location.."

"I made a request for cooking utensils initially and the hotel rejected me by email. Then When I checked in at 3pm, the usual time. they told me that they can give my request but the room will only be available at 4:30pm, NOT ACCEPTABLE! I told then they should have called me and not let me check in and wait for an hr and a half!
