This hotel's location, just one block from the Kwun Tung Promenade, is ideal for guests who enjoy morning jogs or exercise. However, its location in a factory district means it's a considerable distance from shopping malls and supermarkets, and the area offers little in the way of evening entertainment.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained but the surrounding area contains a lot of garage shops and primarily in an industrial area. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.

Good: TV has "Cast" function. I watched my streaming video at the TV screen. Wonderful!! Not so good: Amenity is average. No towel. Shower head is partly clogged. Wardrobe is open, without door. Lobby looks blank. A minimalistic concept or cost-cut concept?? I am not sure.

First time i stayed there. A little run down property, what bothered me most was the fact bedlinen were not clean. Beyond only changed every 2 days while it seemed popular as an hourly hotel for romantic getaways.
