Good rooms, poor service.
Checked in with friends and booked 2 rooms. Asked them in advance about extra beds and twin beds in rooms but had to wait to get the rooms ready though we checked in late. Service was terrible though rooms are large and good. Had to make few calls to bring in towels etc. Booked with breakfast paid and then they gave us bill for breakfast and then had to show from my booking to clarify with them. The sad thing is even after knowing that their guest was not happy, no one seems to bother to say sorry!!! That made me write this.

Rooms are good in size, views are decent. Location is very good, and breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly as well. Would recommend for official or personal visits.
