Pool is lovely! Be sure to get a room pool view or attached pool! Staff are friendly, main lady at the front desk doesn’t mess around, abrupt but funny! Can be a little noisy at night. So convenient to walk anywhere on Ao Nang beach, many restaurants and bars. I was in room 203, don’t get that room. It’s at the top of the stairs, so lots of traffic and the sliding door is locked, but don’t close properly so I always had to keep my drapes closed so mosquitoes did not get in my room. The breakfast is decent lots of options Western and Thai. Rooms are very outdated but clean.

The hotel is ok, location is fabulous right on the beach. We had a deluxe room on the front of the hotel which were nice and spacious. The only bad is the reception staff , which I found very rude and aggressive. They didn’t really want to help you and weren’t nice to talk too. The cleaning staff were fab tho. It was close to everything, shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to Apnang beach and the main strip of shops.

Sea view room without sea view.
The building is old but not a problem. Only thing is my room says sea view but actually no sea view. The tree and the building in front of the hotel (across street) block 90% of the sea view. Other than that I am pretty happy with my stay with the price I pay. I hope the room description is more accurate. Thank you.

Nice seafront outlook and not far from Ao Nang
Nice location, clean and reasonably quiet and lots of eateries nearby. Breakfast was only average. Across the road from the beach which is better for walking rather than Swimming. Large pool but unfortunately with little shade.

Disappointed to say, booked a superior room which was not what was advertised on the website of the hotel. The room I was given is adjoining the housekeeping room, which staff clearly started working in there from 6am, as I heard them chatting, doing washing etc... they also have an entrance as do I from the room to the verandah, which is also right next to the staff car park... the outlook on the veranda was a bunch of scooters, not a view of the beach, which is the main reason I booked this hotel room. I won't be staying here ever again.

Unfortunately this hotel has a river running at the rear and makes the whole of the outside area smell of sewage. We also arrived very early and were unable to access our room even though we offered to pay, they said our room was occupied and could only offer us a room at a cost of 5000 bht (approx £130), so of course we declined. The staff at reception seemed to take great delight in not allowing us to our room until dead on 2pm. Unfortunately we had already prepaid for 4 nights otherwise we would have looked elsewhere for accommodation. Would not recommend or stay here again

very localized to food and drinks, night market down the st. If you are a smoker hotel is not very accommodating as one small area ONLY to smoke on whole site. Swim up bar a nice touch (but not in the sun) and happy hour 1-5pm daily

On arrival it was chaos, we were asked to email our booking confirmation to reception, and the chaos continued We had booked a Superior Upgrade but were given a standard room instead, when we asked to view the Sea Breeze Superior room it was actually smaller than the Standard room. On the Ground floor the Veranda facing the Jungle was smelly and the doors are difficult to operate We could not connect to the WiFi But overall the place is really nice, the bed comfortable and the staff really pleasant A few improvements would make this stay awesome

We stayed for three weeks in sea view rooms after finding our original hotel was not completed and we wanted to be in Nopparat Thara. This hotel is very clean and the cleaning regime is very thorough and regular including poolside and other outdoor areas. 5 stars on this front. The maid service was excellent and other staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are basic and in need of some drawers instead of 4 tables and an extra bed however they are spacious and would serve a family with young children easily. The breakfast is similar daily not always to European taste as the bakery is not fresh but the oriental choices were varied and quite tasty. On an evening it was very disappointing as our meal was inedible due to our "steak" being of dubious cut and quality and drenched in an unannounced orange sauce. We paid for that but did not return and it put us off ordering anything but sandwiches afterwards. The pool is cool and big with well trained staff, range of drinks and the coffee shop menu are good value with some delicious cocktails on offer. The mud slide was chocolate milkshake heaven. There is a fantastic and professional massage and beauty parlour opposite and various shops, street food vendors and convenience stores nearby We would stay here again and we rather liked the Luna Bar over the road...the music quietened down after the proprietor was asked by hoteliers in the area.

My grand superior room overlooked a wall !!! Not great as you can imagine .Internet not good having to keep logging in.If you go for breakfast late there in no hot food or coffee.Overall not very impressed with this tired resort there are a lot better places far cheaper

I think when your wifi does not work and you show no intention of doing something about it, it should be told before the booking is made. Being told that its because of the "weather" to end the conversation is not the best thing. We had to go to the cafe on the other side of the street where the Wifi was A1 even when it was pourring rain. Other than that it was okay, the staff was nice
