Interesting property. There seems to be a place where there was a lobby but it was empty. Our bathroom door was a sliding door with large gaps so we could see into the bathroom from outside the bathroom, which was odd. But it was very clean, comfortable, and the pool was lovely

Property has two buildings. The one close to main road has no reception or security. Anyone can just walk into the building. It has all superior room that do not have adequate storage. The second building in the back has reception and somewhat secure. It has all deluxe rooms that have better storage.

Lovely rooms with giant and very comfortable bed. Loved the dressing area and shower/bathroom too. I will definitely stay again! Only room for improvement would be a better hairdryer.

Booked 2 rooms. The 3rd floor where I stayed was clean. The other room I booked was located on the 2nd floor with pool access. It was a huge disappointment as the showers were dirty, and the smell of sewage was awful only when walking into the bathroom area. There was a slight smell of mildew and I contacted the front desk about it to see if we can change rooms but everything was full and they did not try to move us into another room the next day. It was difficult using the bathroom as it smelled so bad, but we endured and will not be staying there again.

A bit far to the beach for the family.. the hotel building we stayed in was right off the Main Street. The pool set up was okay. But at 3:00am people went in it and had to call the front desk. I would probably pick a different hotel as the room is pretty cramped with 2 adults and 2 kids when u have 5 suitcases. Nothing wrong with hotel but just not for us. Staff was really nice

Once again another fantastic stay for 2 weeks! Great staff they were friendly and always asking if everything was great as well as good morning and goodnight! The room was excellent and clean lots of space and great shower! Quit at night and pool was excellent! Really feel like a V.I.P. here thank you again and Hope to stay with you next year! I will always stay with Sugar Marina!

The property is situated quite a far away from AO nang beach. The hotel doesn't even provide complementary water after two small bottles and charge 20baht for 7 baht bottle. The housekeeping service is terrible

Nice place to stay, we had booked pool access rooms so we could step right out of our room into the pool. Very nice place friendly staff and clean. I only gave a 4 out of 5 because some old marks from past guests on walls and mirrors that could be cleaned off. Other then that nice place comfy beds and just far enuff off the main strip to not hear the music and people. Quiet and safe place
