"Great location, next to the old town. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacies, etc. in the area as well as multiple tram and bus stops nearby. The place was clean and comfortable. There is no reception, so be prepared to have to call for the check-in/out instructions. "

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. When we arrived the room was nothing like the pics they sent and we had multiple issues with the room. - no ac or non...

"An exceptional property in every respect. Very convenient for exploring all the wonderful parts of the city. Helpful staff, beautiful decor. If you are using the sofa bed, be strong and persistent, and call the helpful people if necessary. I’ll definitely come again to this place. "

"Beautiful in every way we absolutely loved staying here. The apartment was very clean, decor was very fitting to the area and history of the city. Location is minutes from the square and 5 mins from the train station where we got the train from the airport. Staff very friendly and the restaurant below in the cellar looks amazing. We didn’t have chance to go. Would highly recommend! "

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

"Good layout of apartment "

"The studio apartment located on the top floor (a few set of stairs to go up, not suitable for people with mobility issues) was comfortable with a little kitchnette with enough crockery if you wanted to cook a meal (we didn't use it), a table anf a spacious bathroom. Nice Ritual toiletries were provided. The apartment was well located near the old town in the Kasimierz district with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay. If anything can be improved...
