Take a "time out" - cottage break

Treat yourself to a break in our 2017 newly built and with great attention to detail high-quality equipped Fereinhaus.

On the Lower Lower Rhine in Nütterden in a central quiet location with the Reichswald on the doorstep, you can relax and enjoy nature.

Our holiday home has a size of approx. 55 m² and consists of 2 rooms.

1 living room with open kitchen; the fitted kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.) additional storage for suitcases and supplies.
From the 3-seater sofa you can see in our spacious garden (south / west facing). Garden furniture is ready for you. A flat screen and fast internet connection are a matter of course.

On the other side is the bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) and the bathroom.

The barrier-free bathroom is modern equipped; It has a walk-in large shower (1.10 x 1.80 meters); a raised wall WC; a vanity and large mirror.

Parking is available.

Our holiday home is for our guests starting point for hikes in 300 meters away Reichswald, but also starting point for bicycle tours on the two countries route of the Euregio Rhein Maas.
We are happy to assist our guests in the planning of bicycle tours and provide two electric bicycles of the brand Rabeneick for 5 € / day.

Please note that our newly built holiday home is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Geweldige auszeit.
Het vakantiehuisje was gewoon fantastisch, zeer mooi en modern. Alle luxe voorzien. Zeer fijn bed, en badkamer. Prettige zit mogelijkheden, met uitzicht op een mooie tuin. Ingrid en Johannes waren zeer gastvrij, en verwelkomde ons met een heerlijke fles wijn. Voor een fietsvakantie ligt het vakantiehuis perfect. Mooie fietsroutes langs de Rijn of door het Reichswald. Dus gewoon top voor een "time out".

Tolle Tage in Kranenburg
Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl in der tollen Ferienwohnung gefühlt, die eigentlich ein kleines Ferienhaus war. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war es ein ganz toller Urlaub in einer Region, in der man super gut Rad fahren kann. Wir hatten auch ausgesprochenes Glück mit dem Wetter. 7 Tage praller Sonnenschein.

Uitstekend vakantieverblijf
Wij hebben een heel goed weekend gehad. Het huis was zeer goed en luxe afgewerkt. Mooie moderne badkamer, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne prive buitenruimte. Ondanks warme buiten temperatuur was het in huis heerlijk koel. Heerlijk gefietst in de omgeving. Ook voldoende wandelroutes dichtbij of iets verder weg. Goede uitvalsbasis ook voor bijvoorbeeld winkelen in Nijmegen.

Wir haben die Wohnung für 2 Nächte gebucht, der Kurzurlaub war für Fahrradtouren geplant. Die Lage war dafür perfekt, die Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr nette Vermieter, gerne wieder!

Eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus "Auszeit"
Das Ferienhaus "Auszeit" ist ein sehr schönes Haus, dass mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist einfach unübertrefflich. Die Wandkarte im Flur ist super und hat uns zu herrlichen Radtouren in die umliegenden Orte eingeladen. Unsere Touren nach Millingen am Rhein, über die Golden-Gate des Niederrheins nach Emmerich oder die zum Schloß Moyland waren ein Erlebnis. Bei unserem Tagesausflug nach Amsterdam war uns die Unterstützung der Vermieterin sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Fam. Schmidt aus Oranienbaum

Sehr schöne ruhige Gegend, Erholung pur.
Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, nach Absprache sogar Anreise früher möglich. Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderschön und sehr neu. Viel Möglichkeit zum Wandern/Spazieren, mit viel Natur und viele Pferde. Das Haus ist wunderschön und reicht unserer Meinung für 2 Erwachsene die Erholung möchten völlig aus, denn es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Vermieter/in wohnt direkt nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man etwas braucht und sehr freundlich. Der Preis passt genau, haben das haus auch so sauber hinterlassen wie wir das Betreten haben.
