Lots of activities going on for the children, a super pool and that doesn’t get too busy and lots of sunbeds available poolside or outdoors. The hotel rooms are clean and have their own balcony, staff were friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. You also get a book of vouchers to use around the shops and activities in the village. Perfect spot for our Kranjska Gora adventure! "

"The apartment has poor accommodation, meaning the whole furniture is old and the impression is of an old place, no recondition was done, is like you live in the ‘80. "In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...
