"Overall ok. Noticed black scum marks in bathroom and not well maintained. Why wake up people at 8am to collect towels . Ask to leave them outside upon checkk instead. I ordered an old fashioned in the lounge and i was served a gin tonic like i did the day before. If the waiter had written the order then i would not have happened. Where is the training?"
