The GrachtenDOMiZiL is a typical Nordic Friesen style holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over approximately 120sqm. The associated garden with dunes and integrated sandpit, terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers is fenced. The boat dock is accessible through the garden, connected by a staircase.
Here you can relax and unwind. The sun terrace and the jetty invite you to relax, sunbathe and enjoy. Fishing chairs and sand toys are available, as well as sand toys. For our younger guests there is also a toddler set with high chair, changing table and a play area with painting table available.
The canal DOMiZiL can accommodate 6 people and 1-2 babies / toddlers (a travel cot is available)
The eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space to sit together in large or small groups, and the seating area in front of the stove will spoil you even on colder days.
Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
In 8-10 minutes you are at the cozy harbor, or at the bakery - with the children on the adventure playground .. Minigolf .. in the spa and sauna, the oasis, u. V. M.!
In the town center, the harbor you will find a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, beer gardens, pubs, or is it just a delicious ice cream from the world's best ice cream parlor in the harbor!

The ground floor of the canal DOMiZiL is divided into a combined light-flooded living-cooking area and modern and clearly arranged.
The dining table seats 6 people and a toddler, with views of the garden and the beautiful canal.
A cozy sofa area with single chairs, fireplace, LCD TV and stereo invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available and included ..
A bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower, and a utility room with washing machine are also located on the ground floor.
The floor is divided into 2 bedrooms with game Empire and a bathroom with shower and natural light (skylight). All bedrooms are completely darkened and equipped with mosquito screens on the water side.
Upstairs is also a stereo system in children and a third Flat screen TV with DVD player in the second bedroom.
A large car parking space is reserved directly on the property for our guests. The property is fenced and delimited to the canal with reeds!

Wir waren enttäuscht
Nach nunmehr 15 Jahren Urlaub in mehr als 30 Ferienhäusern im Norden und im Süden können wir schon die Qualität eines Objektes beurteilen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig. Damit sind wir aber auch schon am Ende der positiven Aspekte. Das Haus war nicht sehr sauber(fleckige Tischdecke, stark verschmutzter Toaster, Staubfäden und Spinnweben im Schlafzimmer, die Fliesenkannte im Bad und die Schrankoberseiten in der Küche sind schon monatelang nicht mehr gereinigt worden). Dies haben wir der Hausverwaltung mitgeteilt, es wurde aber lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen-wir hatten schon erwartet, dass man sich das `mal vor Ort anschaut. Der Interieur versprüht den spröden Charme eines bekannten schwedischen Möbelhauses- aber das ist Geschmackssache. Die Esstischstühle sind bretthart und unbequem, die Sofas durchgesessen- wohl dem der so wie wir gutes Wetter hat und draußen sitzen kann. Die Küche ist eher spartanisch ausgestattet, es gibt nur 1(ein!) Geschirrhandtuch dafür aber 3 Fernsehgeräte. Die Außenanlage wirkt ,vorsichtig ausgedrückt, nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Kunststoffeinfassung der Sandkiste ist an mehreren Stellen eingerissen und birgt für barfuß spielende Kinder ein nicht unerhebliches Verletzungsrisiko. Besonders gefreut hatten wir uns auf den hauseigenen Bootssteg, dieser war leider überhaupt nicht zu benutzen, da er völlig mit Entenkot überzogen war. Natürlich kann man nicht verhindern, dass sich die Enten dort niederlassen, für uns wäre es auch kein Problem gewesen diesen Steg zu reinigen, dies ging jedoch nicht, da der außenliegende Wasseranschluss mit Schlauch gesperrt war und nicht genutzt werden konnte. Auf der Terrasse steht ein benutzter und nicht gereinigter Grill, das Gartenhaus enthält ein interessantes Sammelsurium von allen möglichen Dingen und sollte dringend entrümpelt werden. Dies war unser subjektiver Eindruck, natürlich mögen andere Gäste zu einer anderen Einschätzung gelangen, wir jedoch sehen dringenden Handlungsbedarf bei diesem an sich schön gelegenen Ferienobjekt.

Nach dem freundlichen und unkomplizierten Check-in, haben wir eine wundervolle Unterkunft vorgefunden. Alles sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Lage mit der Steganlage ist einfach nur toll. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man alles gut fußläufig erreichen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Weiterempfehlung
Schönes Haus in Toplage, ruhig, schnell in der Ortsmitte. Kein Boot, Kanu, Kajak im Haus vorhanden. Muss auch nicht sein, steht allerdings in der Objektbeschreibung. Herausragende Betreuung durch Team vor Ort. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Vermietern die sich wirklich kümmern. Danke für alles. Wir würden wieder buchen.
