A very comfortable, clean, budget hotel. Well located very close to a KL skytrain station that connects with KL city centre and Bukit Bintang. Very easy to walk to Pertaling Street (China Town) from the hotel. Surrounded by Indian cafes which are very good value for money.

Great budget hotel to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The entire front staff team is super professional and helpful. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Location is great. Walking distance to Chinatown and independence square. The train statin (MRT, LRT) is 2 minutes away. Everything is so pleasure, I planned to stay for 1 week before moving to a different hotel but I liked it so much and ended up staying for 2 weeks.

Very seldom i leave comments. But i really want to leave my comment this round. Very clean room for the budget that we pay. Only limitation for travellers with car is no parking available so dont ended up with fine for wrong parking. Public transport is superb since LRT station is just 2 minutes walk. Bus, cab, grab services are easily available

This hotel is the worst hotel I have seen entire my travels experience. Hotel smells really Bad. Room is very very small and has no widow feels like grave. I have had a 6 nights stay at this hotel. As soon as I arrived and seen the hotel and smells real bad I decided to leave right now. I called hotels.com and really was helpful people. Thy canceled my reservation and got a nice hotel.

Disappointing and felt unsafe
Very very noisy hotel, woken up at all hours of the night. A handyman came and fixed some of the floor outside of our room at midnight (???) so that made a lot of noise. People shout at all hours of the night and there is no soundproofing of the rooms so you hear everything. The towels absolutely stank so we ended up using our own and the cleaners broke some of our things so we only made the mistake of asking them to come once during our stay. The road is very dodgy and smelly. We’ve stayed in KL before and not felt unsafe like this in different areas.

This was the better of all the places I stayed at while in Malaysia. The property was nice and surprisingly noise supresent except if people are in the building halls yelling. The staff surprised me a bit by helping to come up with solutions to any issue of the hotels shortcomings. Even cleaning staff was helpful with good customer service in passing providing things they seen I may be out of without me even having to ask. There is a pure water filter on the top floor which is helpful but unfortunately no microwave which the hotel really needs but again they staff helped me find a solution to heat up my food. The rooms are cleaner than expected with a few crevices of dust still in places, so small details are still missed (I'm also considered really tall and the cleaning staff isn't so they probably couldn't even reach where I saw). When the water gets hot in the shower its very good and the rain shower was so relaxing. The area is also excellent with many hawker like eating stations and a 8 minute walk to petaling Street (Chinatown shops and food) as well as a train 1 block from the hotel and is walking distance to Merdeka square. Now there is one big major thing that I need to report about which was a big issue for my stay. There is a 50 ringit deposit fee that is charged to everyone that is not advertised anywhere. Keeping in mind there's a 50 ringit deposit not advertised and there is no bar or restaurant. My full review will be on Google since I'm limited on words here.

3泊お世話になりました。 スタッフは皆、真面目にやってくれて いました。 すぐ裏（徒歩3分）に駅があり、最古のモスクも、そのすぐ下。 KLセントラル駅からは、2駅、4,5分で到着。 歩くのが苦じゃない方は、片道30分の範囲でショッピングモールや地元商店等があります。もちろん電車を使えば楽に行けます。 立地よしです。
