My experience at the hotel was exceptional, with one notable issue. I was offered complimentary laundry service, but after my clothes were washed, I was informed that I needed to pay a washing fee. Despite this inconvenience, the remainder of my stay was perfect, and the buffet was outstanding.

Property is nice but as you walk in your room it looks jaded. Carpet was not very clean and looked uninviting. Property needs new look i felt - for a big hotel chain they need to upgrade constantly to be competitive. There are some eating places around and a nice supermarket which was good and handy. I rate this hotel as 3.5 stars in current situation.
