Beautiful, well designed hotel. Corner Room 501 had wrap around terraces with view of the Petronas and tower. Beautiful at night. Staff is welcoming and gracious. Naga was especially helpful and friendly. Be prepared to be awakened early with very loud call to prayer. We liked it but heard some guests complaining.

Fantastic hotel!
This is truly an oasis in hot and humid KL. The staff were fantastic my entire stay. Breakfast is good. Cooked to order, not buffet. Not a large selection, but enough. I will stay here again next time I’m in KL.

It was very nice until last night that room is not tidy up with trash still on the counter, dead insert next to the bed and tissues was not refill. Location is very close to China town and it was pretty noise during the night. Breakfast is excellent.

The location of the property was great and the details in the property was amazing. Everything was very well thought of. On our first night, we given a room facing the busy street and it was still very noisy in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the staff was able to make a room change for us the second night. Service was exceptional and the staff were very thoughtful.

KL's Best Boutique Hotel
Probably the best boutique hotel i've stayed in Malaysia. The moment you enter the lobby you can feel the artisan breeze of the entire design concept. Every single corder was carefully designed with taste. Service was impeccable. Room was really comfy specially the bathroom. So much attention to details were paid : from the touchpad water kettle, Dyson hair dryer, organic OMNO body care range, to the control pad which allows you to select pillows, charger, room service etc. I mean even most Malaysia's 5-star hotels doesn't have such things. The surrounding is also lovely, we had a lovely walk day and night for brunch, coffee and even supper in Petaling street. There's only one thing I had to complain, there's no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels etc. LOL Other than that, bravo ELSE and the entire team. I had a wonderful stay, will definitely be back again.

a new boutique hotel that is nicely designed and all the amenities are premium grade. walking distance to many eateries, crews are friendly and welcoming. lots of movies are available, snacks are provided, and even sparkling water! room is spacious and they have a dyson hair dryer for you. i really love the indoor slippers they provided. i did not receive my welcome drinks tho (as stated in the booking), and the front desk staff forgot to notify me about my breakfast inclusion the following morning. they allowed an early check in which was absolutely amazing as i did not need to wait till 2pm. the toilet drainage is not the best as the foul smell is unpleasant ;( i've been smelling it everytime i step into the bathroom. aircond is not too cold, a little warm, not sure why. it is not too convenient to drive there as they do not have an onsite carpark. overall it is a great stay. thank you team for making my staycation a wonderful one. i would definitely recommend it!
