Only stayed for a night, service is excellent, typical what we would expected, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is nested within the mall which is really convenient. The downside is the traffic jam during peak hours.

Really good hotel. the Clb floor is excellent with some of the best food options that I have seen. Great roof bar and right next to the mall, so more options for dining. Supper staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

Love the hotel. It’s conveniently located next to a shopping mall with lots of dining options. Room was clean and comfy, love the bathroom. Shower stall and toilet is separated which ensures floor stays dry. Breakfast spread is pretty decent too.

We had an amazing stay with connecting rooms. Hotel staff prepared a birthday surprise foe my husband and son. Rooms are spacious. Rain shower is amazing. Very comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and attentive. This is our second stay and will definitely come back again.

Amazing stay! highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Everyone was so accommodating especially with our requests- provided us with extra pillows, socket adaptor, & lots of complimentary water bottles. The Paradigm Mall is literally right next to the hotel, less than a minute walk. Gym & pool are so nice & exclusive too. Will definitely come back again!

Comfortable stay

The room is kept clean and comfortable. The washroom is large enough. It was a pleasant stay except the location which is pretty far from the city centre of KL.

Luxury, elegantly designed property. Upper level receiption gave us relaxing and exclusive check in experience. MR ARUN served professionally, super friendly and thoughtful. He had our breakfast packed as we were catching a super early flight the next day. Appreciate him very much! The room is spacious and well- maintained, washroom is luxury, bed is comfortable. 360 degree city view rooftop swimming pool and bar is perfect for chilling out. Definitely coming back and will recommend this hotel for my friends and families.
