We arrived at hotel, no one attended to help with our luggage, we carried them in up to check in, only one staff serving and there are 2 other persons waiting in line to check in, second staff finally arrived to check us in. There were no bottled water and no bath gowns. When I called for some water, I was told there is filtered water in the room which had almost white colour water running from it and faucet was ready to come off the bench. I had to take medication so I needed water quickly, after 15 minutes I called again still no water, went to lobby asking for water, still had to wait another 10 minutes before we got some water. I travel a lot and I must say this has been an unpleasant experience for us.

Overall the property is clean. There are two things about the property. First it is the food. Some of the dishes offered for breakfast are salty. Lastly I am surprised that the property does not return the customer the security deposit slip upon check out. The deposit is meant to offset any expenses incurred during the stay. As I am cleared by the counter staff at check out, there should not be any charge to the customer and the deposit slip has to be returned. This is how other hotels are doing upon check out.

The property is situated in a great location, but the two-bedroom apartment definitely needs some updating. I noticed a strong smell of smoke in my room, despite requesting a non-smoking option. A word of caution: double-check your room charges at checkout. The staff charged me for an additional night, even though I had already paid for my entire stay in advance. The reception team seemed unaware of this charge and couldn't resolve the issue. I was running late for my flight, but they insisted I wait for their finance team to address the extra charges. Overall, this left me with a less-than-positive impression of the hotel.
